Congruent Psychotherapy is a private practice entity located in Downtown Saint Louis that places emphasis on improvements in mental health through individualized and holistic treatment.​ As a proactive member of the Saint Louis community, I provide sliding fee services at the heart of Saint Louis in an effort to create positive change for the city. If you would like to pay through insurance, I am also paneled with UHC, Aetna, and Cigna. With careful and mindful treatment planning, Congruent Psychotherapy caters to adolescents, young adults, and adults from varying backgrounds and experiences. All sessions are conducted either in-person or virtually, dependent on accommodations for patients.
